PROJECT AWARD: THE HARKEN APARTMENTS
January 14, 2025
We are pleased to announce that Base Builders has been awarded the contract to build the Harken Apartments, a 172 unit Multi-Family living community in Los Altos, CA!
This marks Base Builders' first partnership with Prometheus Real Estate Group. The project team also includes Pacific Structures and Architect BDE.
Construction commenced this week, with an anticipated completion date set for Q4 2026.
